Our listing of prospective Tenants is extensive and we are in constant contact with Relocation Agencies dealing with Corporate Clients.  Whether you have been a Landlord for just a short period of time or many years and, regardless of whether you have just one property or a large portfolio, Halletts understand the value of your asset. We apply for references direct rather than using a Referencing Agency and are exceptionally careful when assessing the suitability of applicants and will not proceed if we have the slightest of doubts.

General and local advertising is included in our fee. Your Property will be featured on this website and on a number of the most effective, well established and nationally advertised Property Finder sites with both external and (if appropriate) internal photographs and a floor plan. We also advertise in the glossy Richmond Magazine.

LANDLORDS FEES
Halletts provide a Letting Service for which our standard charge is 9.6% (8% plus VAT) of the gross rental for the first year reducing to 4.8% (4% plus VAT) if the tenancy continues for a second and subsequent years. Halletts also provide a Full Management Service which includes the Letting Service for which our standard charge is 15.6% (13% plus VAT) of rents collected. Minimum charges apply and full details of what each service includes are available upon request.
 
Halletts is a registered member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) which is an Estate Agents Redress Scheme approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). We therefore subscribe to the TPO Code of Practice for Letting Agents. The Property Ombudsman provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between Halletts and our Clients and Tenants. Halletts have Professional Indemnity Insurance with W/R/B Underwriting and Client Money Protection (CMP) with The UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA).
